Construction Management MS

Course description

This Master of Science in Construction Management program is designed for a broad spectrum of professionals with diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences. Study topics range from lean construction, risk management, construction delivery methods, and building and leading effective project teams. Introduction to the use of scheduling, estimating, and building information modeling (BIM) software programs as analytical tools are integrated into the curriculum to upgrade technical skill sets.

The hybrid online program from New England Institute of Technology provides the flexibility necessary for construction industry practitioners to continue working while enhancing their potential for career growth through education. This program is ranked as one of the top 20 online programs in construction management in the country, and NEIT is one of two universities in the U.S. to offer the Associated General Contrators of America (AGC) Certificate of Management – Lean Construction (CM-LEAN). This program may be completed in a few as 18 months.

Students may choose to attend the course in person at Woonsocket Education Center, Westerly Education Center and/or the main campus of NEIT in East Greenwich. Other choices include watch the class live online or take the course entirely online.
